Standard Dues: HOA dues are as follows. The first property whether developed or undeveloped is $100/yr, additional undeveloped properties are $25/yr, and additional developed properties are $100/yr. Late Fee: A 10% late fee will be applied to all payments received after March 15th.

Lake Access Information
Annual homeowners' dues include access to our beautiful community lake, which is owned by Blue Lake Springs HOA. Upon payment of your yearly dues, each homeowner in good standing will receive 2 lake access cards per developed property.
Key Information Regarding Your Lake Access Card:
Issuance: The Lake Access Cards is issued per property owner who has paid their annual dues.
Guest Privileges: Each valid Lake Access Card permits the cardholder to bring up to six guests to the lake.
Identification: Please sign your Lake Access Card and write your property lot number on the designated space.
